Social Networking: Certain social media features available on our Site may be hosted by third-party sites. For example, some social networking services allow you to share products and services from our Site via your social networking profile. If you choose to make use of third-party social media services (such as Facebook or Twitter), we may receive personal information about you, such as your name and email address, that you have made available through those services. A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your device or your web browser when you visit a Site. A “session cookie” expires immediately when you end your session (i.e., close your browser). A “persistent cookie” stores information on the hard drive so when you end your session and return to the same Site at a later date, the cookie information is still available. A pixel tag (“pixel”) is a small string of code that is used in conjunction with a cookie.
By collecting this information, we can better understand how you interact with our Site; give you a more personal and optimized online experience by tracking your preferences; identify offers or special promotions that may be of particular interest to you based on your unique tastes; improve our Site; fulfill contracts with our business partners; help confirm receipt of and response to our emails; and provide more effective customer service. We also use this information for the same purpose as your personal information.

Web Advertising Partners: We may share your information – such as your name, mailing address, email address, and records of any transactions you conduct with us – with our third-party advertising partners and their service providers in order to help us serve you with interest-based advertisements. If you prefer that we do not share any information with these companies, please see the following section, “Your Choices,” below.
We may also use third-party advertisers and ad networks to provide you with relevant advertisements for our products and services on other third-party sites that you visit. Some of these advertisers and ad networks may use technology such as cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, and clear gifs to collect non-identifying information about your interaction with the Site, such as your IP address, your ISP, and the browser type and version you use to visit our Site. These advertisers and ad networks use the information described above to present you with tailored advertisements for our products and services on other sites that reflect your particular interests and needs. Except as provided in this policy, we will not sell or rent your email address to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Your Choices
We provide you with a number of choices regarding our handling of your personal information.
Direct Mail Marketing: If you wish to specify your direct mail preferences, or be removed from the list of customers that receive direct mail, please write to:
The Potter’s Paradise
email: pottersparadisetx@gmail.com
Because customer lists are prepared well in advance of an offering (generally several months before the offer is made), you may continue to receive some offers after you send us a request not to use your information for specified marketing purposes. We appreciate your patience and understanding in giving us time to carry out your request.
Emails: If you do not want to receive promotional emails from Potter’s Paradise, its affiliates or business partners, please follow the instructions at the bottom of any email communication sent by us and click on the unsubscribe link. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from commercial email messages, we may still email you non-commercial emails related to your account and your transactions on the Site. Also, please allow us 10 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
We may also provide you the opportunity to affirmatively choose, or opt-in, to receive emails from certain other third-parties that will send you information about products and services that may be of interest to you. If you choose to opt-in to receive such emails, we will only provide these third parties with your email address.
Cookies and Tracking: You can disable cookies at any time by adjusting your browser settings. Browsers are different, so refer to instructions related to your browser to learn about cookie-related and other privacy and security settings that may be available. Please be aware, however, that if you turn off cookies, you will not be able to take full advantage of all of our Site features. For example, we will not be able to track your orders or enable you to make a purchase from our Site. In addition, we will not be able to recognize you as a registered user to allow you access to your account information.
You can learn more about, and opt-out of being targeted by certain third-party advertising cookies on The Potter’s Paradise Site in the United States, by visiting the National Advertising Initiative’s Opt-Out Tool (https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/), the About Ads Opt-Out Tool( https://www.aboutads.info/choices/) or TRUSTe’s site (https://preferences-mgr.truste.com/).
